Guidelines for Training
1) All participants, volunteers and players must be Registered in the Rugby Xplorer App. 2) Arrive 10 mins early, boots on & ready to train. 3) Have your own labeled water bottle. 4) Bring a mouth guard 5) Sign in 6) Train hard and train well. Be focused. We want you to get onto a training headspace, train hard, play hard. Hand sanitiser is available at the grounds, all gear is cleansed between trainings. |
